summer top Chlo-bugs edition

So i've been really trying to use up all my fabric/scraps and old clothes before I buy new fabric anything and everything hence the I took the de-stash challenge button on the side and i'm sticking and grounding myself to it so here is a summer top I made for Chloe out of an old maternity dress that never looked good hehe
