Party hat semi-tutorial

So I made these party hats back in Jan for the girls up coming birthday party in March, and this is how I made them I didn't take pictures of everything but i'll tell you how to make them...

Take your party hat find the fabric you would like to use then your going to lay the hat down on top of the fabric and roll the hat while cutting the fabric so it matches up in the end

In the end the should end up looking like this I just glued the fabric on with fabric glue, ruffled some pink fabric and made it in to flowers and you have a boring to cute party hat..
