No Churn Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Recipe

I can't tell you how yummy this ice cream is, you just have to make it and find out yourself. It's like hell on Earth here is Arizona lately so I decided to make a no churn ice cream with my three little ones and we all enjoyed it in a nice air conditioned home...you will melt if you step out side!

No Churn Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Recipe
  • 2 cups Strawberries
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
1. Place your strawberries in a food processor and puree
2. Next in a bowl combine your sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and heavy cream grab your hand mixer and whip it until fluffy.
3. Now place your puree strawberries on the bottom of your ice cream dish and layer your fluffy mixture on top.

4. Stir the strawberries puree into the fluffy mixture well.

5. Last Freeze 2+ hours.

6. Enjoy your No Churn Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
